I think young entrepreneurs and businesspeople biggest challenge ahead of them is recognizing and understanding their maturity level. I am not saying you need to be mature to be successful in business, because there are plenty of examples who don’t fit this mold.

Maturity, as define by Oxford as 1.1 Having reached an advanced stage of mental or emotional development characteristic of an adult and 1.2 (of thought or planning) careful and thorough.

As someone who is in their mid-twenties, but has business 3 partners with ages all over double my age, I have a bit of unique insight to this relationship.
